Can I get 2 FREE tickets if I only stay 1 night?
No. This promotion requires a 2-night stay minimum in order to receive 2 FREE lift tickets to Spider Mountain.
When can I use my 2 FREE tickets?
You can use your 2 FREE tickets any day of your stay at Thunderbird when Spider is open. The 2 FREE tickets will not be redeemable outside of your stay at Thunderbird Lodge.
What if I need more than 2 tickets?
Additional lift tickets can be purchased at 50% off the walk-up rate for additional people staying in the room.
What if I want to come when Spider is closed?
The 2 FREE tickets are only available when Spider Mountain is open. When Spider is closed you are welcome to pedal up the road to ride or trails or hike up our Eagle View hiking trail to take in views of Lake Buchanan. However, the 2 FREE lift tickets are not transferable to a date when Spider is open.

How do I redeem my tickets?
Every 2-night cabin booking through January 2, 2024, is eligible for this offer. Nothing is required on your end while booking. Simply stop by Thunderbird Lodge to check-in and redeem your 2 FREE tickets.
Can I use my tickets if I come back another day?
No. These tickets can only be used during your stay at Thunderbird Lodge
Can I cancel my lodging reservation?
Yes you can! All lodging reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if you decide to cancel seven or more days out from your reservation. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel six or less days out from your reservation.
