Start your Saturday with gentle movement, steady breathing and peaceful views of Lake Buchanan.

Join Emerald Elephant Yoga for a relaxed, all-levels yoga session created for riders, resort guests, outdoor adventurers, families and anyone looking to move and feel better. The approachable practice combines gentle stretching, mindful breathing and feel-good movement to help release tight hips, legs and backs.

Whether you spent Friday riding Spider Mountain, traveling to the lake or enjoying a full day outside, this class gives your body a chance to slow down and reset.

Come to recover from the previous day, loosen up before another adventure or simply enjoy a calm morning beside the water. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored and ready to make the most of your Saturday.

What to Bring

Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.

Yoga mats and a limited number of blankets will be provided, making it easy to participate even when you are visiting Spider Mountain for the weekend.

All participants will be asked to complete a waiver. You can sign up and complete yours in advance, or register as a drop-in on the morning of the class.

Meet Kaleigh

Kaleigh Le brings a deep love for nature, mindful movement and personal connection to each class. Her approach helps students nurture self-love, reconnect with the earth and build greater compassion, kindness and optimism through movement and breath.

Kaleigh will lead most sessions, with another Emerald Elephant Yoga instructor joining the class on August 8.
